My account

To create your customer account, simply click on the “Login” icon in the top right-hand corner of the page, then on “Create an account”. Fill in the required information (name, e-mail, password), validate... and that's it! You will then receive a confirmation e-mail.

How do I change my customer account information? To change your customer account information, log in to your personal area and click on “My account”. You can then update your personal information (name, address, password, etc.) in just a few clicks. Don't forget to save your changes!

No need to panic! On the login page, click on “Forgot your password?”, then enter the e-mail address associated with your account. You'll receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password in just a few moments.

My orders

If your order has already been shipped, you can consult our returns and refunds policy to find out how to proceed.

Your order number can be found in the confirmation e-mail you receive immediately after your purchase (check your spam folder if necessary).


You can also find it at any time in your My account > My orders area.


And if you need help, our team is here to help: write to us at contact@maisonmarelle.fr indicating your name and the e-mail address used when ordering.

Once the order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from the postal services with your shipment number and a tracking link.

Delivery

Your order will be prepared within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

This period can be extended to one week during busy periods such as collection launches, private sales, sales...

Depending on your choice of delivery method, delivery times are as follows

France: Lettre suivie. 24-48h//Colissimo and colissimo point relais: 48-72h

Overseas 3 to 7 days .

International: 3 to 10 days.


 

Returns - Exchanges - Refunds

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return it. Return postage and risks remain at the customer's expense.

Promotional periods : Products purchased during promotional periods (with coupon code) will not be refunded. They will be credited on the site in the amount of the item purchased.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to make an exchange, either directly in the store or by post.

Return postage and risks remain the responsibility of the customer.
