Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return it. Return postage and risks remain at the customer's expense.

Leave us your instructions if you wish an exchange or refund

Returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale, and in their original packaging. They must not have been worn or used, nor have suffered any deterioration, however slight, and must be perfectly clean.

Product exchange

In the case of a size or model exchange (subject to stock availability), the cost of returning the garment to our premises is at the customer's expense. The cost of reshipping the item to the correct size is at our expense.

Refund

In the case of a refund, the cost of postage and risk of return remain at the customer's expense.

If the return is compliant, you will be reimbursed via the payment method used for your order within 10 working days of receipt of your parcel, with a value equivalent to the item returned, or in the form of a credit note to be used on the site according to your request.
